The client has a form that a customer fills out. Two of the custom fields are a date and time. The workflow is designed to book an appointment based on these two data points. Currently the workflow has an error and it skips this step, and will not read the custom fields for data and time therefore it will not book the appointment on the calendar. This is a crucial step and functionality of the workflow for setting and managing appointments for the user.
