complete

Would be great to be able to see which automations use a specific tag when clicking on the tag. that way we click and it would appear "Used in: (specific workflows)"

I agree with the last few comments. Using the advanced filter works but not if you have hundreds of tags. - I want a report with the tags. Prasoon Dadhich.

Prasoon Dadhich this is marked as complete but when I go to tags in settings I still don't see which automations are using them.

Prasoon Dadhich how is this considered Complete? i see nothing different in settings and nothing in the changelog? what was changed that made this complete?

Justin Farmer Hmmm. not exactly what was requested in this post.

Matt Ingebrigtsen I get what you're saying... this has good overarching capabilities though. Enables things like smartlists for workflows and things. 🤷♂
P
Prasoon Dadhich
Yusuf Young This can be done using Smart List and Advanced Filters. In the workflow landing page click on "Advanced Filter" and add tag contains and the you can select the tag

Matt Ingebrigtsen Now you will be able to see what automations are using a specific tag by just adding it as a filter in the workflow landing page

Prasoon Dadhich While I understand the thought process you are using here. I want to know what workflows are using tags when I am in the tag manager. The process that was created makes my use case much more cumbersome.
Go find the tag name (out of a very large list.
Navigate out of settinngs
Go to workflow
Click on the filter button
Choose that tag
Find the answer.
Do again with next tag and so on.
As described in the original request, I'd like to be able to click on the tag and get that information.

Stephanie Calahan Noted, will connect with the Contacts team (they look after tags) and see what can be done here

How much easier it would be, and how much faster it would be to know which tag is referenced in what workflow if there was a filter in the Settings> Tags area

Ability to search Automations for keywords. (IE Tag names, Custom Fields, Custom Values, Etc.)

This would be such a game-changer and time-saver.

I would add, the ability to search actions taken by the automation. For example, if I want to find any automation that performs a specific action, to be able to search all of my automations at once that way would be amazing!

This would be super useful. I often run into situations where I'm unsure if a tag is used anymore and it incredibly tedious to check every workflow with a fine tooth comb to see if renaming or deleting a tag will break anything.
