Automatic Messages to New Instagram Followers
planned

Just like when someone comments on a post, it would be nice to be able to send an automatic message to new followers on instagram and facebook

This would be extremely valuable for creators and personal brands.
I would like to use New Instagram Follower as a workflow trigger and automatically send a welcome DM without requiring the follower to comment on a post or message me first.
Ideally, the workflow could:
- Trigger when someone follows the Instagram account
- Send an automatic welcome DM
- Add the person to the CRM when possible
- Apply tags / trigger subsequent workflow actions based on their interaction with the DM
This would allow us to create a simple follower-to-lead journey directly inside HighLevel instead of needing an additional tool such as ManyChat.
