Allow Workflows to Clear or Reset Field Values to Blank (Null)

Users and agencies need the ability to clear or reset fields via automation. Currently, when using “Update Contact Field” in a workflow, there's no native way to set a field to blank, empty, or null—especially for:
Date fields
Dropdowns (select fields)
Multi-select tags
Text fields
This becomes a major limitation when trying to reset data during workflow loops, status changes, requalification, or re-enrollment.
🔹 Feature: Add “Clear Value” Option to Update Field Actions
Proposed Additions:
For Update Contact Field actions:
Include a toggle or dropdown value: “Clear Field” / “Set to Blank.”
Supported for all field types: text, select, date, checkbox, number, etc.
Also support clearing fields conditionally, e.g., “If Field X is Y, then clear Field Z”
✅ Benefits:
Enables smarter workflow logic (resets, reprocessing, suppression, etc.)
Eliminates “hacks” like overwriting with space characters or dummy values
Reduces clutter and improves data hygiene
Essential for lead requalification, deal progression, or follow-up resets
