Currently, when sending newsletters, the sender's email address cannot be set to the Assigned User dynamically. Instead, the sender address is static across all recipients. My client would like the option for newsletters to use the email address of the Assigned User as the sender, allowing for a more personalized and relevant communication experience.
This feature would eliminate the need to duplicate newsletters for each user, streamlining the process and ensuring that recipients receive emails from the correct assigned contact.
Use Case:
  • Real estate agencies where multiple agents (Assigned Users) communicate with their respective leads.
  • Each lead should see their agent's email address as the sender to build trust and improve response rates.
Proposed Solution:
Add an option in the newsletter configuration to select Assigned User Email as the sender address dynamically.
This feature would greatly enhance the flexibility and usability of newsletters for multi-user organizations.
