Adding the option to WAIT for a specific DATE & TIME in Workflows

Please can we have the option to be able to set up a "WAIT" and be able to select a specific date and time for the next action in the automation.
Currently one can only select a number of days/minutes/hours as a wait time, but if contacts are entering the workflow at different times, one cannot automate an email (such as a reminder email for a LIVE that I am running on a specific date and time) to be sent out on a specific date and time.
I need to be able to send out an email to remind people to join my live but I dont want to have to set up a tag system and a scheduled email using Marketing - I want it to be part of the automation.

You have to create an Event Date/Time and then add a wait step after that and select "Event Date/Time" and then select before, exact time, or after. It's a stupid 2-step process but that's how it works right now.

It can be done by setting up an event date step, I discovered it recently
