I am surprised this doesn't have 100's of people voting on it. Must there be another thread that speaks about it? We need this so badly! It would cut down a lot of work!

It can save so much trouble if we can add a person to specific stage in worfklow.

If the requirement is to move lead to a specific step then our If/Else + Goto action should do, let us know if you have any other special scenario
