Add 'Wait Until' function of wait step based on Custom Field Date

While 'wait for' and 'wait until event' are useful, they assume the same date/duration for all users entering the workflow.What would be great is to define a date in the future to 'wait until' based on a user custom field date.For example:Wait Until Prospect Follow Up Date (then trigger an action)Wait Until client birthday (then send an offer email)In the case of follow up date, this is useful for lead funnels in construction industry where final quotations can only be provided when a job site can be inspected, which will vary from project to project.

At the moment we can either 'wait for' a specified amount of time after the previous step, wait until X amount of time either side an appointment of event time defined in the workflow settings, or I guess wait for condition to be true.What would be great is if we could configure the wait step to depend on the date of a custom field.For example:Wait until custom field 'Client Follow Up date' is X date.This is more flexible than a pre-defined amount of time, and allows of the reality of different sales pipeline durations.This could be implemented by allowing us to set the event date for the worlflow from a custom field data, or directly including the custom field in the wait step configuration (the latter would be preferable)

Yes please, this would be helpful for me as I run networking events - but can't use the calendar/appointment to sell tickets for a few reasons. Being able to wait until X date or days before/after X date would be a game changer.

Yes, this would be awesome. Use case: you have staff calling leads and the lead says call me back on the 20th at 3pm. The workflow could be set to trigger a manual call at that time and round robin to the first available sales staff
