Hi GHL Team,

I would like to request a highly needed feature for Workflows: the ability to filter contacts using the "Created By" system parameter.

The Problem:

Currently, there is no available variable or field inside Workflows (neither in Triggers nor in If/Else branches) that allows us to see who or what system created a contact.

Real-World Use Case:

I have a workflow designed to automatically create an opportunity for all new contacts entering the system. However, I need to exclude contacts that are created by MOBILE_USER.

Since the "Created By" data is not accessible as a filter or condition within the workflow builder, I cannot segment these contacts out, causing unintended opportunities to be created.

Proposed Solution:

Please make the "Created By" field available as a standard condition in:

Workflow Triggers (e.g., Contact Created -> Created By is/is not...)

If/Else Branches

This would give us much better control over automation based on the contact's origin (specific team members, API, integrations, or MOBILE_USER).
