It would be extremely useful to have a workflow action that allows users to delete notes from a contact record.

Currently, workflows can create or add notes, but there is no option to remove existing notes automatically. This creates challenges for businesses that generate temporary or automated notes, as these notes accumulate over time and clutter the contact timeline.

Example Use Cases:

Remove temporary notes after a task has been completed.

Delete outdated or expired notes created by automations.

Clean up duplicate notes generated by workflows.

Automatically remove internal notes after a specified period.

Keep contact timelines organized by removing notes that are no longer relevant.

Adding a "Delete Note" workflow action (with options to delete a specific note, notes containing certain text, or notes created by a workflow) would help maintain cleaner contact records and reduce the need for manual cleanup.
