We often find we would like to pause/resume a specific outbound email, SMS, or other actions within a workflow when testing/running a new campaign.
Use Cases:
  1. When running new workflows some of the actions don't quite work as planned. It would be ideal to pause the specific action/s so all contacts skip until we can fix and resume, rather then remove them entirely. For example, when using conversation AI where there is a lot of information built into the action, we could pause/skip the action revisit at a later time.
  2. When testing a specific section of a workflow it would be ideal to pause other actions to avoid already tested functions.
