At this time, premium actions require an active rebilling setup on each sub-account to function. Disabling rebilling will cause any workflows containing premium triggers or actions to stop executing properly.

Currently, there isn’t a way to keep workflows with premium actions running while rebilling is disabled—this limitation affects all premium triggers/actions, including AI/GPT steps.

We should be able to let GHL charge the agency wallet directly, and not the sub-account's wallet for any premium features. This will offer flexibility in positioning every agency's services.
