Make GHL Meetings a True Zoom Replacement for Coaching Programs and Communities
We would love to move our coaching calls, workshops, Office Hours, and guest trainings entirely into GHL.
The native connection between Community Events, reminders, meeting access, recordings, and replays is a huge advantage. The pieces below would make it possible for coaching programs and memberships to replace Zoom rather than maintain two platforms.

The ideal experience would be:
A Community admin schedules a recurring coaching call. GHL sends the reminders. Members join from the Community without another app. A guest teacher receives temporary co-host access without seeing private member content. The session includes captions, breakout rooms, polls and screen sharing. Afterward, GHL publishes the recording, transcript, summary and resources in the correct Community channel. Attendance triggers the appropriate follow-up workflows, and Claude or Codex can manage the event through MCP.
