The Problem
SaaSpreneurs can white-label HighLevel's software, but we cannot white-label its API documentation.
Currently, we're forced to direct developers to either HighLevel's branded API documentation or LeadConnector's gray-labeled documentation.
Neither represents our own SaaS brand, which defeats the purpose of offering a fully white-labeled platform.
Proposed Solution
Allow SaaSpreneurs to create their own white-labeled API documentation, using the existing LeadConnector documentation as the foundation.
This shouldn't require building a completely new documentation system.
HighLevel already maintains gray-labeled API documentation through LeadConnector. The solution would be to allow SaaSpreneurs to generate branded versions that automatically synchronize with the existing documentation.
How It Would Work
  1. Enable White-Label API Documentation:
    SaaSpreneurs activate the feature inside SaaS Mode.
  2. Apply Branding:
    Configure a custom domain, logo, platform name, colors, and favicon.
  3. Automatically Generate Documentation:
    HighLevel creates a white-labeled version of the existing LeadConnector API documentation.
  4. Automatic Synchronization:
    Whenever LeadConnector adds, modifies, or removes API documentation, those changes automatically appear across all white-labeled versions.
  5. Preserve Customization:
    SaaSpreneurs can add their own guides, examples, and documentation without losing their branding or custom content during synchronization.
Why This Makes Sense
HighLevel already has the API documentation infrastructure.
Rather than maintaining thousands of separate documentation systems, HighLevel could maintain
one centralized documentation source powering multiple branded developer portals

This would reduce maintenance for both HighLevel and SaaSpreneurs while ensuring developers always have access to updated API documentation.

If HighLevel can gray-label its API documentation through LeadConnector, SaaSpreneurs should be able to white-label that same documentation through SaaS Mode.
Simply extend the existing documentation system to support agency-specific branding and custom domains, while keeping everything automatically synchronized.
