Field management app for service contractors

THIS IS A MUST. We need a field service app for service contractors that need to manage and monitor their employee trucks on the road, going to jobs, updating customers with SMS on arrivals, photo/video saving feature that is accessible by company and clients (in a client portal) for before and after photos of work done. with invoices unpaid and paid options, etc. I PROMISE IF YOU DO THIS, you will be tackling a huge part of the market you aren't hitting yet, running up against JOBBER and its alternatives.

This is an absolute must and has been a massive sticking point for my clients. HL does so much and if it can just do this it will finally be a ALL-IN-ONE solution. Right now, clients end up having to use Housecall Pro, Jobber etc. to complete the other half and it is really frustrating to have to jump between softwares and try and keep everything in sync

GPS tracking for installers, as well as the ability for them to log extra work charges with customer signature, add notes, and upload pictures in real-time from the field. also ELD and inspection integrations for does companies that own their vehicles This will help streamline operations and improve job tracking.

Field management app for Landscaping, and Home Service Businesses

The ability for these businesses to track their jobs, assign them, booking them, would be HUGE. I know HighLevel is all about marketing and automation, but this feature will flow well into the automations as well.
I have a client who is 90% sold on HighLevel, but not fully because there's no Field Service Management feature. That's the only thing that's holding them back and it would save them money monthly instead of paying 2 different platforms.

Yeah, Jobber has some cool features that make it a good sell over GHL for this reason, because a contractor isn't interested in building websites or creating courses. This would allow agencies that are rebranding GHL to help local service businesses (which seems to be a hefty portion of GHL's base) compete with Jobber and it would also create huge opportunities for upsells or foot-in-the-door offers, like a clocking in/out feature that allows them to easily to track their time on jobs, automatically calculate their time when billing without guesswork, and also track their average job times to get real metrics that help them plan better.

We're using WorkSyncer.com for this. It's sold through ghlprojecttools.com and is primarily for GHL sellers. It's got time sheets, tasks, and gantt chart views that we like.

I talked to one of the higher up, it seems an integration with Jobber is in the work. crossing fingers

Jacques Bellegarde did they give an ETA on the integration? e.g. Q4 2025. Thanks for posting this comment btw.

Yes this is big. Have a client who is hesitating on switching everything over just because of this feature that Housecall Pro has that HighLevel doesn't.

Disagree...there are plenty of options that can be integrated with GHL. Let's stick to marketing and communications and get really good at that.
