Bulk pricing for Agencies to add to App Marketplace

With all of the new marketplace apps, allow Agencies to set a certain percentage upsell charge for all apps. Changing each one individually is getting too time consuming.

I agree. there's too much mess in there and it's impossible to monitor. Right now the default is set so low that after stripe fee's you can actually lose money. I've disabled apps until this is fixed.
