API first now also means MCP, so AI agents can access the API. Apps need to fully support MCP (GHL's current implementation is basic) just to remain relevant. People use Claude and ChatGPT to work with their favorite apps. If MCP doesn't work, they will find another app that does.

Rishabh Gupta this isn't what this is about. We aren't saying have an API, we are saying be API first... which means everything thats possible in the webapp should have a public API we can use.
So closing this request isn't actualy complete as so many things are still lacking in the API that we can do in the app itself.

Carl Taylor from Automation Agency: Thanks Carl for the response. Are there specific use cases, as we are expanding coverage over time. If there are specific cases we can highlight and try to expand.

Rishabh Gupta everything.
So Workflows Create, Edit, etc...
Even your Funnel AI and Workflow AI... make them available as endpoints in the API
Campaign creating, sending, getting stats etc..
Basically anything I can do visually inside the app. I want an API to be able to do it myself programatically.
Every setting, every function. an API exists to for get, post, update, delete

Are there any plans to incorporate the ability to create/update/delete posts in the social media platform module via the API?

William Farinella nice idea, create or post a link to existing idea in the slack channel for other devs to vote on it. There are over 3K devs who are members
