We recommend that HighLevel pursue a strategic technology partnership with SimplePractice to create a HIPAA-compliant, officially supported API integration. HighLevel should propose a limited scheduling-focused connection—provider availability, client matching, appointment creation, rescheduling, cancellation, and status updates—supported by OAuth authorization, BAAs, security review, audit logging, and a controlled pilot with shared therapist customers.
