Adding FAQs one by one can be a real pain when there are a lot of them. Uploading a CSV with multiple questions and answers will be much more efficient.

It could be great if there was a way of importing several FAQ in just one step, if we could use CSV files to put questions and anwers in separate columns

yes I put this up previously, this would be extremely handy to be able to offer a client a form and ask them to fill it out, copy it into a csv and upload all at once. this needs to be done
