Currently, the Conversation AI dashboard shows a count of “Unique Contacts” the bot has interacted with, but there’s no way to view those specific contacts. This makes it extremely difficult to audit conversations, identify potential issues, or monitor how well the bot is performing in real-world interactions.
It would be incredibly helpful to have a list view of the specific contacts Conversation AI has engaged with. This visibility would allow us to:
  • Review bot-generated responses for accuracy and tone
  • Troubleshoot misfires or edge-case behavior
  • Better measure overall Conversation AI effectiveness
This enhancement would go a long way in making Conversation AI more transparent and actionable.
