As we grow our sub accounts, we can't take all inbound calls for all our clients. So we need an AI to manage inbound calls that answer like a human being tailor the responses based on previous documentation. The main thing, we can buy a phone number assigned to an AI or even to a person during business hours and AI outside business hours. I was told by customer support that there's no feature yet on this to have one phone number to accommodate or route all calls to single number to be answer by an AI or human being. Can you add this feature?
