Hi [GHL Support Team],
I’d like to request a feature for the Automation Workflow section in GHL. Currently, there is an AI chat preview button (similar to the chat widget) that allows users to interact with the AI inside the workflow builder.
While this is useful for internal testing, it becomes a problem when clients or sub-account users see it. It can make us look unprofessional, as some clients may feel hesitant or judge our service quality based on the visible use of AI.
I suggest adding an option to:
Hide the AI chat preview button in workflows for certain user roles or clients.
Restrict access to internal tools like AI testing so it’s only visible to agency-level admins.
This would help protect the integrity of our service presentation and improve client trust. Please consider adding this feature.
