It would be good to be able to combine the Voice AI and Conversation (text) together on one app that can be placed as a widget on a website just like the Chat Bot widget is now. Give an option to either talk to an agent or text with an agent.

This seems like it could be solved a lot of different ways without a widget. For example: by making a button image with a link using the "tel:" prefix, simply showing the number with a message, or even having your chatbot offer the option to call and give the user the number. That's how I've been doing it, and these methods work great. Not saying they shouldn't add a call button or whatever. Just saying this one isn't a high priority feature. Especially since you could just have the chatbot offer that option, since they would have to click the widget to reach it anyway.

The AI Employee only needs to be trained once. There's no need to train it separately for voice, conversation, calls, WhatsApp, or social media. It should be trained a single time and then auto-populate across all platforms.

It would also be nice if they could both use the same knowledge base, that way you know they both share the same information and would make it easier to program, and problem solve.
