If I have an inbound AI agent, I'd want the AI agent to collect the caller's information, but if I have an outbound AI agent, presumably that calls someone based on a form fill, I don't need to re-collect their information. Therefore, it would be helpful to have a way to modify the outbound AI prompt so that the AI agent doesn't ask for the information it already has. Also, I realize I could clone the agent, but then I'd have to assign a new phone number to an outbound AI agent vs the inbound AI agent.
