I've created an online masterclass series every Thursday, and I see that the meeting room link is created in the event manager for that class. In the past, I've created events manually on the calendar, and they generate their own meeting room link. I'm wondering: when creating events through the new event manager, can those events automatically be posted on the event calendar in my community so the meeting room link is synchronized. In the past I used private channels in my community to give access to the meeting room link for that class.

Also, I have a monthly pass option, which gives access to all of the Thursday classes on a monthly basis until they cancel. How can I give each individual Thursday meeting room link generated in event manager to people that purchase the monthly pass?

I have a workflow that gives them access to the appropriate meeting room channel based on the purchase they make through the event manager for monthly pass and individual classes. If the event manager created the event calendar event in the community that would solve my problem. I would just need to change the event notification reminders to say visit the private channel in the community for link.

Additional question, since my events are weekly do I need to create new events for each Thursday? It would be nice if I could add recurring dates for each Thursday class for the one event.
