GHL doesn’t automatically attach email/text files to a contact yet. The usual workaround is to upload the document manually to the contact’s file section or store it in Drive/Dropbox and save the link in a custom field or note.

For more advanced setups, Zapier or webhooks can push files to storage and link them back to the contact automatically.

You can do this! When on the contact screen, select your contact. On the right side, select DOcuments, then select upload.
