We need a method to track all the details of who clicked on the link, including the time of the click. Additionally, we should have the capability to add elements like UTM parameters, enabling us to monitor the campaign effectively and determine its profitability from the links. Or basically as much details as possible.

While individual trigger link clicks are trackable, it would be great to view overall response or engagement rates tied to these clicks. For example, how many users clicked a link vs. how many messages were sent. This would give better insight into campaign effectiveness.

I need to track clicks in my A/B test. How many users click through from Sales Page A to the Checkout Page versus Sales Page B to the Checkout Page. Right now I have no data on that.
Can you point me to the tool or person who can set this up?
