Reactions count as replies

We have had a few clients mention that 'Stop on Response' also classes reactions to messages as responses, so if a lead gives the 'thumbs up' (aka, 'likes') the first SMS from a workflow... that tells them someone will be in touch soon... then the contacts is removed from the rest of the workflow. Is it possible to not have reactions count as "replies"

We've had this a couple of times. super annoying. I'd imagine it would be a quick fix on Highlevel's part!
