I use quizzes and I can send the results or the answers to the contact. I also used AI (inside the workflow) to create a generative text based on each score category and overall too.

Built a solution that does something like this using 100% native GHL Quizzes: answers map to categories, highest score wins (ties break by category order), then we auto-redirect to that outcome page. This seems like a big missed opportunity ... having automation tied to supplying the overall score or other calculations based on scoring is a must have.

I would like to be able to email the quiz taker, not just a summary of their results, but all the questions, their answers and the explainations that go with each question. so the quiz taker has a full document they can refer to.

We need to have access to the variables generated by a quiz (for example, the overall score) so we can use them within a workflow, and then send them through an email.

This is really important to be able to email results to people that submit quizes! We also need a trigger for when a quiz is submitted. without these two things the quiz funnels aren’t really very useful. I was really surprised when i recently built one for a client that these two things weren’t included.
