We just found out that even though the products purchased in the GoKollab app are products inside of GHL they do not kick off workflows for additional resources and touchpoints, tags, etc. We don't even have a way of knowing what was purchased.

If I don't know when they are purchasing how can I manage the products/memberships/clients.

Is there a way to turn off discovery in app so that we force them to go through our landing pages?
