Improve reCaptcha scroll experience for mobile users

We have clients saying some customers had problems with reCaptcha filling out the form on a mobile device. There is difficulty scrolling up/down to complete the quiz if the viewport is less than 400px width - you have to touch outside of the grid images in order to scroll and select puzzle images. Our client is pushing back after we looked into it and said there was really nothing we could do to help that specifically. Now he’s asking if there’s an updated version of recaptcha available. What can we do to improve the puzzle scroll experience for mobile users?

Yes, I agree! It's been an ongoing issue reported to us by a few of our clients.

I've had this same complaint from several clients and would be ecstatic if we could get an alternative that's more user-friendly.

Yes I agree! This gets very annoying and needs to be easy to use/show on desktop and mobile. User experience is massive these days so this does ultimately hurt the hard work we put into creating amazing websites for our clients and the user experience for their customers.

I agree that it impacts user experience in a mobile-first world and ultimately it hurts each client's business.,

Same issues - many phones are less than 400px too - when users cannot touch outside of the puzzle images, they cannot scroll up/down, the quiz is not functional, therefor the GHL form cannot be completed! I believe this to be a major problem!
