IF/Else Action for Quiz Overall Score

Right now there isn't a method to categorize leads based on their score rage in a quiz. It would be good if we have an If/ese condition for an overall quiz score.

We have a quiz with 3 categories. Each question has 3 answer choices, and each choice corresponds to one of those categories.
It would be helpful to reference the category scores within an IF/Else action so contacts can be directed through specific workflow branches based on the number of answers in each category.
Currently, the only filtering options are available on the Quiz Submitted trigger which filter based on only one category.
