Google Ads Call Extension Integration

Hello, we discovered today that there is no tracking available for Google Ads Call Extensions, so all calls made from a Google Ads Call Extension show as UNKNOWN for the source, do not show up in reporting, and also do not show up on the contact profile as Paid Search or any reference to it being a Google Ads lead. This is huge for lead generation companies getting several hundreds of leads through this channel per month.
We are losing roughly 50% of our paid ads attribution by using GHL/LC phone numbers in Call Extensions.
The phone system is built off of Twilio, so it is feasible as CallRail which is our previous provider, has this integration setup with Google Ads currently (Link below)

When is this feature going to be added? I cannot truly track the performance of any Google Ad campaign if the call extensions don't attribute to a campaign. The Google Ad Report is basically useless, as it only attributes sales and leads if they come directly from website.

We are doing crazy workarounds to get this to work. 75% of our clients' conversions are ad extensions so this is super important!

This is needed in order to collect the gclid from call extensions so that we can properly update conversion values if and when a lead converts.

Mike Lyjak We currently get a specific number for the call extension, then create a workflow to change the contact & opportunity source to "Google Ads Call Extension" so that it is tracked in the Lead Source area and we can see it in the opportunities.
If not doing this already, at least it is a workaround until/unless this is completed.

Larry Hickman The problem with this is it still does not get attributed to a Google Ad even though you've changed the opportunity source.

Agreed. I'm coming from callrail too and this needs to show up as paid search in the contacts profile. It does show up in the call reporting. But should show up in the attribution reporting.
