Enable internal comments on Mobile and in automations

Internal comments are a great way staff can communicate with each other about customers inline with chat and report errors (Whatsapp number invalid or user location for example) to my chat agents via workflows. My chat agents all work from their Mobile devices, so being able to add them there is important.

Yes! Yes! Yes! Most important feature request and roadmap item by far for the conversation view. Without this ability, the desktop/browser internal comment is simply an added frustration for "in the field" or mobile users. Hidden "notes" are not enough. Need to be able to add notes inline within the conversation.
