Customer-facing invoice view needs to show the Payment Method, not just that it is Paid

The bottom of an invoice shows a green PAID and the payment date, but it's lacking:
1) the typical "PAID" stamp at the top of the invoice (who would know to look at the bottom?!), causing customers and staff to think an invoice is _unpaid_ at first look
2) the payment date doesn't show the time zone
3) the payment does not mention the payment method, such as Cash, Check, Stripe, PayPal, et. al. and it should display the Reference Number (such as Ck#)
