Oh my goodness, GHL please change how email threads are structured. It's such a jumbled up confusing mess when trying to communicate with customers through email. Make the thread flow like how sms flows, message after message when you open the thread so its easy to see the most recent message.
And HIGHLIGHT email threads still not responded to.
Like how am I supposed to tell what the most recent email is in this jumbled mess, I feel like I am trying to read through code to find the message that was just received. The dates and time help but some cases there is no date and time shown.
