In Calendar Notifications → Reminders → WhatsApp, HighLevel currently allows us to add multiple reminder timings for the same appointment (for example, 24 hours before and 30 minutes before).

However, only one WhatsApp template can be selected for the entire reminder notification.

This means that all reminder timings use the same WhatsApp template, even though each timing requires different message content.

Example:

* 24 hours before → “Reminder: your appointment is tomorrow…”

* 30 minutes before → “Your appointment starts in about 30 minutes…”

Currently, if both timings are configured in the same Calendar Reminder notification, they must share the same template. Therefore, a template written for “30 minutes before” would also be sent 24 hours before.

Requested improvement:

Allow a separate WhatsApp template to be selected for each reminder timing.

Ideally, each reminder row should have its own template selector:

24 hours before → WhatsApp Template A

30 minutes before → WhatsApp Template B

This would make native Calendar WhatsApp notifications fully usable for multi-step appointment reminders without requiring separate workflows just to send different message content at different times.

Email/SMS-style timing flexibility is already available at the Calendar notification level; WhatsApp should also allow the message/template to be associated with the individual reminder timing.
