The growth plan does not disclose the usage specifically. the customer service reps do not know how to track the usage either. they send links and do not understand my questions and point me in different directions. i just want to enroll in the growth plan and when the usage meter says an import is 22% for example, i need to know that a prompt will take up 22% BEFORE i use it, because then theres no going back. this is predatory! just like Summer of AI enrolling everyone by increasing their dopemine AI usage and then September you have a bunch of YOUR OWN clients using it and being billed with no notice. Highlevel knew it was wrong and refunded me my money for the charges. Before the user, thats on a growth/unlimited/ or PPU plan, goes and inputs the prompt, it needs to have a timer or something that displays "THIS REQUEST/PROMPT WILL TAKE 22%" or a a yellow line appears on the usage bar and turns solid green when the timer goes to zero. SOMETHING because giving your users a menu with no prices is predatory especially when they get charged FOR ASKING if they will be charged.
