It would be really useful if AI Agents could access appointment details even when the booking was created outside of the AI Agent flow.
At the moment the AI Agent can only confidently confirm appointment details when it was the one that created the booking itself. If the appointment is created through a calendar, form, workflow or another booking route and the AI Agent is triggered afterwards, it does not seem to have access to the booked date, time or other appointment context.
This creates a limitation for businesses wanting to use AI Agents as confirmation, reminder or follow-up bots after a booking has already been made elsewhere in the system.
A great improvement would be for AI Agents to be able to pull in appointment data from an existing booking record when triggered by an appointment event. For example, if an appointment is created or updated anywhere in the platform, the AI Agent should be able to reference that booking and confirm details back to the customer.
This would open up much stronger use cases for appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedules and post-booking automation without needing the AI Agent to be the one that originally made the booking.
