Options and Variants for Products at checkout

Would love the option to be able to add on items to a core product via a toggle.
For example:
If you are selling a skip bin. You are able to select a drop off date, pickup date, Additional extras; Asbestos removal etc.
All of which would allow dynamic pricing based on what people select.

Hi added to this would love to see an option for a drop-down button for the different product variants. For example if you are selling a shirt, you are able to select the sizes through a drop drop-down button. See the screenshot below This is to give the best customer experience. What you have now is just the checkbox, it doesn't give a good customer experience.
