I completely agree, here in Brazil practically 100% of all companies use Whatsapp as their first communication channel.

as per companies here in Istanbul, many of them they have call center, in the call center they have like 25-40 staff, usually they use different whataapp numbers, because the customer will be in direct contact with an individual staff. so if the unlimited integrations for each staff whatsapp number can be done, this will be a huge step forward for the market in turkiye
