In the website builder, navs created from Add an Element > Navigation Menu do not trigger the mobile view at smaller breakpoints on desktop causing the nav to overflow.

Expected: Mobile version triggered when the nav element is too large for the screen.

What Happens: Desktop version stays visible on small browser widths causing overflow.
