Currently within the Store "Collections" you are only able to produce different collections such as 1) Services 2)Products. However, there is no feature to create sub categories within the main collection to group products. For Example: the main "Product" collection might have subcategories of Cleansers, Exfoliants, Toners, Serums, Moisturizers. Each of the subcategories have different products within itself.
