Offer an alternative to Twilio - it's very expensive for Europe (0.1$-0.07$ cent/SMS)

It would be nice to have an alternative to Twilio. Send a message in Belgium costs 0.10$, which is very expensive! Other country like France, it's 0.07 cent, still expensive. If we could integrate another service provider, it would save us a lot of money...

Like clicksend which also allow us to use 2-Way in France... Which Twilio doesn't unless we pay them huge amount in setup fee
