I would like to be able to setup an administrative assistant account for my ad agency in which they have access to create new client WL accounts and roll out snapshots on my behalf but not have unlimited admin access (edit/delete other accounts/access billing settings etc...).

I agree, there are certain admin task during SaaS onboarding and account cancellation that cannot be completed unless the user is an Agency Admin. I am not willing to make them an Agency Admin because it would create too much operational risk, and business risk giving people access to the entire edit, snapshot, delete functionality. This is a major operational security concern as a business. I would like to be able to prevent them from deleting or editing Agency Admins, and prevent all access to snapshots. I can get the snapshot to load automatically through automations. It would be great to give them the other privileges to do the admin work so that I don't have to do it. Currently those blocked Admin tasks include: Agency Users can't add Notes to an Account under Agency > Account Activity tab - doesn't load. // The Agency User cannot go to a subaccount and remove users from the subaccount Team Management when an account cancels. // Agency Users don't have the access to edit Company Data tab on the Agency Account level. // It would ideal to be able to toggle these type of privileges on/off based on the role of the Agency User or Agency Admin.
