Save Reputation Settings, Email Review Request Template to Snapshot

#1 Reputation Settings do not save/load with a Snapshot.
#2 Can not load an email template to Email Review Requests in Email Builder.
Need to be able to swap out the default Review Request email and save it to the snapshot.
