Pushing Snapshot Update NOT WORKING Correctly with Email Templates

Problem #1: I changed the name of a folder and pushed an update into my customer sub-accounts. The change hasn't been made in their accounts. I've tried pushing an update multiple times, and it still won't fix.
Problem #2: I've also experienced email templates getting duplicated. In one of my snapshot account's folders, there are 6 emails I've created. In my customer's sub-account, there are 16 emails in the same folder because a bunch of the emails have been duplicated multiple times.
The folders of problem #1 and problem #2 are different, so this isn't isolated to a single broken folder. There's some kind of wider spread issue. Please fix asap!
