planned

should go non-stop adding folders & sub-folders anywhere that could get more than 8 items I just started and already have 16 snapshots and it doesn't even organize alphabetically so nearly impossible to figure out what I have and just got a list of over 30 snapshots for dif niches and would be ridiculous waste of time to add even 1/4th of them ... when could be SO SIMPLE WITH FOLDERS

Folders and sub folders should be standardized everywhere. For example Workflows have sub folders which is great - Email Templates do not have sub folders and Trigger Links have none!

Folders are not enough. there should be a tag prior to each thing (folder, automation, form, landing, custom values, etc) and a document or list of what was included. I have over 120 snapshots that have been imported and mess is an overstatement. you need to help keep track of each one to know what is going on.

Nathan Romano Assa Yeah GHL is not going to be the best place for documenting your snapshots.
Best to use a documentation system. Could be a spreadsheet or database like airtable. You can do a google search for "Snapshot Manager"
Might also suggest not having all snapshots in one account. that's part of the problem.

Harsh Chhabra, folders for sub accounts (or smartlists). I have inactive accounts. I have several accounts associated with one client. I have SaaS accounts in DIY mode that I barely pay attention to. I have DFY marketing services accounts that require attention daily or weekly. I have a couple accounts for my agency. I have test accounts. The ability to cluster those account categories would reduce the time spent referring to the SOP for which client(s) need what attention.

Harsh Chhabra, listing the accounts alphabetically is silly. In my case, then name of my most important client starts with a "1" - so that is good. But my next most important client starts with a "W." So my first and second most critical clients are at the top and bottom of the list respectively.

I am finding this exact same thing...
Be great if there was Folders, and subfolders at a minimum of 2-3 levels deep.
