Custom Fields Not Going Into Folders

When you load a snapshot to a sub account, it does not add the custom fields in the folders that were in the snapshot!

When you import a snapshot to a sub-account, the folders for Custom fields are being added, but the fields that were in them on the snapshots are not being added to them. So you have a long list of folders then a separate long list of custom fields all in one folder.
