Add a "POST" for snapshots in the API

It would be awesome to automate uploading snapshots to specific subaccounts via the api with a "POST" request. There could be a lot of uses for this. Easily uploading snapshots in bulk to existing accounts. One specific use case would be for selling content in the form of text campaigns/email campaigns, funnels, etc. and uploading the snapshot when someone purchases that content.
